Privacy

We process account identifiers supplied by our authentication providers, wallet addresses, the storefront content you submit, configuration needed to operate your site, and security and reliability logs. Public storefront content is intentionally published when you launch it.

Customer funds settle through the payment methods configured by the merchant. AgentWired does not request private keys. Hosted setup or subscription card payments are handled by the named payment provider; AgentWired receives transaction status and billing identifiers, not full card numbers.

We use infrastructure, identity, database, payment, and monitoring providers to run the service. Data is retained while an account or storefront is active and as needed for security, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Backups may persist for a limited recovery period.

You can edit or export storefront data from the workspace. Requests to access, correct, or delete account data can be submitted through the support page. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or to prevent abuse.
